During a routine check at the Smithfield Horse Fair in Dublin, both gardai were mounted by the horny beast — which showed the hard-working pair the DONG arm of the law.

The healthy viral horse apparantly had a plan of his own, I don’t know what kind of signs the policeman was giving off but the horse wanted to please the the law enforcement official something fierce.
